Enchiladas Rojas
Thin corn tortillas rolled with sauteed chicken, onions, cilantro in a rich red guajillo pepper sauce, zesty romaine, cabbage, crema mexicana and cotija cheese.  $8

Enchiladas Verdes
Thick corn tortillas bathed in a tomatillo jalepeno sauce laid flat then topped with sauteed chicken, onions, cilantro, crema mexicana and cotija cheese.  $8

Mole Enchiladas
Three blue corn tortillas rolled with sauteed chicken, onions, cilantro, queso Oaxaca with a dark mole sauce and escabeche peppers.  $9

Chile Rellenos
A blend of Oaxaca and cotija cheese stuffed poblano pepper in its classic tomato oregano sauce and side of beans “toothpick inside all peppers”.  $9

Taco Surtidos
An order of corn tortilla tacos made exatly the way you would get them in Mexico.  Chicken, barbacoa and carnitas paired with the right sauce and served with vegetable rice and beans.  $10

Tamales del Dia
Corn masa dough with picadillo spiced pork or chicken wrapped in a corn husk steamed and served with our tomatillo sauces.  $9

Sopes
Two soft thick corn patty smothered with beans, your choice of chicken, beef or pork, salsa, crema mexicana, zesty romaine and cotija cheese.  $8

Tostada

Chalupa
Flash fried tortilla smothered with potatoes, chicken and with tomatillo jalepeno sauce, zesty romaine and cotija cheese.  $8

Burro Rafael
Grilled flour tortilla with beans, rice, pico de gallo, romaine lettuce, gueso cotija, melted Oaxaca, crema mexicana and your choice of sauteed chicken,chipotle chicken, beef or pork served with vegetable rice and beans.  $13

Pollo Chipotle
Chicken in a rich and creamy smoked chipotle sauce served with a poblano pepper rice and flour tortillas.  $13

Mole Poblano
